Clients are responsible for providing accurate job information and making an informed choice of cleaner.

• Describe the required service, location, access conditions and timing accurately.
• Review cleaner profiles, bids and reviews, and agree the complete service terms before work starts.
• Arrange payment directly with the cleaner and keep a record of important agreements.
• Contact the cleaner first about service concerns and report suspected fraud, abuse or safety issues to SpotlessGiG.
