Do I need a registered company?

No. Independent individuals and cleaning companies can both create profiles. You remain responsible for your own tax, legal and business obligations.

Is registration paid and how long does it take?

A standard profile is free and usually takes only a few minutes to complete. Add your contact details, service area, services and hourly rate, then your profile can become visible to clients.

Can I work in more than one city?

The current profile supports one main service area and a configurable radius. We are continuing to improve multi-location coverage for professionals who work across several areas.

Do I have to pay for Premium?

No. Premium is optional. A standard profile remains fully usable and clients can contact you directly. Premium provides additional visibility and presentation options.

Why are rates in euros, and do you take commission?

Rates are shown in euros because the euro is Bulgaria’s official currency. You set your own rate, and SpotlessGiG does not currently deduct commission from your cleaning income.

How do clients find and pay me?

Clients search by location, compare profiles and contact you directly. You and the client agree the work, timing and payment method between yourselves.

What if a client cancels or behaves unfairly?

Because arrangements currently happen directly, SpotlessGiG cannot guarantee cancelled jobs. Keep important agreements in writing and report repeated abuse so our team can review the account.

Do you provide supplies or charge for leads?

No. SpotlessGiG is a technology marketplace, not a cleaning agency. You arrange your own equipment and supplies, and you do not pay us to receive a client contact.
